Request for Reconsideration of Decision Holding That Services Did Not Have To Be Procured from Protester

A company requested reconsideration of a decision denying its protest against a contract award in which it was held that neither the basic ordering agreement nor statutory authority for procuring salvage services required that services be ordered from the protester. The previous decision was affirmed since the protester failed to show any error of law or information not previously considered.
