Verification of Correctness of Bid Price

The awardee alleged that it had made a mistake in its bid and requested that it be allowed to withdraw the bid even though it had verified the correctness of the bid after the agency advised the company of a possible error. The contract is valid and binding because the awardee was on notice of possible error before verifying the bid price. The contract cannot be withdrawn, and enforcement would not be unconscionable.
