Request for Increase in Contract Price Because of Alleged Bid Errors

A contractor requested an increase in contract price on the basis that it had made errors in computation of its bid price. The contracting officer was not on constructive notice of an error in the bid since the bid price was only 28 percent lower than the only other bid received and in line with the Government estimate; the contract was valid and binding on all parties.
