An employee claimed reimbursement for expenses incurred in returning the privately owned automobile of a deceased employee to his former duty station. The claim for towing and storage charges was denied since the automobile was not considered as baggage under the Federal Travel Regulations. There was no authority to pay mileage in connection with return of the car.
