Protest Alleging Overstated Meal Estimates

A protester contended that meal estimates for a solicitation for food services were grossly overstated and misleading so that the Army could take advantage of unrealistically low prices engendered by high volume estimates. The estimates were based on the best information available and were not misleading; the protest was denied.
