Real Estate Expenses of Transferred Employee

An advance decision was requested concerning entitlement to reimbursement of an employee who had left his residence to accept a new appointment and was then transferred. He was not entitled to reimbursement because the residence sold was not at his old station, and he did not regularly commute from that station to the residence.
