Relocation of Quarters Due to Unsanitary Conditions

A decision was requested concerning payment of a finder's fee for an authorized relocation of quarters due to unsanitary conditions in a member's non-Government quarters. The charges are reimbursable since the move resulted from circumstances beyond the member's control and was required by the Government.
