Costs for Shipment of Excess Weight of Household Goods

Reconsideration was requested of the disallowance of a member's claim for reimbursement for costs of shipping household goods in excess of authorized weight. The member must bear the cost of the excess weight, and failure to reweigh the shipment according to regulations does not increase the member's entitlement.
