Issue Involving Correction of Bid Before Court of Competent Jurisdiction

A company requested review of bid corrections on a construction contract awarded by an Environmental Protection Agency grantee. The company previously protested against the award and then filed a suit in U.S. District Court. Since the matter is before a court, GAO will not review.
