Highlights

A decision was requested as to whether the 6-year statute of limitations bars employees' claims for additional per diem incident to temporary duty from the time that the maximum rate was increased by law. The claims were disallowed since they were not filed within 6 years after the date they accrued, and there was no administrative action to authorize the higher rate which was not mandatory.
