Reconsideration of Claim for Overtime Compensation

An employee requested reconsideration of his claim for pre-shift and post-shift overtime which was denied because the time spent was considered de minimis. The claim was again denied because the time required to perform such activities totalled 2 minutes and the Court of Claims has required that such time equal or exceed 10 minutes in order to be compensable.
