Employee's Claim for Home Service Transfer Allowance

An employee appealed denial of his claim for the lodging portion of the home service transfer allowance for days that he and his family resided with relatives. Disallowance of the claim was sustained since the employee could not show that the amount of the claim he submitted was for "reasonable expenses" as established by guidelines.
