Settlement of Claims of Two Claimants Purporting To Be the Contractor's Assignee

The National Park Service requested an advance decision as to which of two claimants, each of whom purports to be the assignee of the contractor's right to receive payment, is entitled to receive payment under a contract with a third company. Since each claimant agreed to accept payment of one-half of the contract price in full satisfaction of all its claims arising under the contract, there was no objection to such a settlement.
