Claim for Legal Fees Incurred Incident to the Transfer of an Employee

A claim of an employee for legal fees incurred incident to his transfer was reconsidered. The claim for attorney's fees was previously disallowed on the basis that he did not provide a detailed statement of attorney's fees. The costs of examining the title and preparing the abstract and title certificate were reimbursable services, as were the costs for preparation of closing documents and for conducting the settlement.
