Company Protested Cancellation of Solicitation

A company protested the cancellation of a solicitation for janitorial services. The agency properly cancelled the solicitation which was reinstated pursuant to a prior GAO decision because the wage determination contained in the solicitation was superseded by a wage revision received by the agency less than 10 days before the bid opening.
