Duplicate Attorney's Fees

An Authorized Certifying Officer with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, requested an advance decision with regard to a claim for attorney's fees incurred incident to the relocation of an employee's permanent duty station. The agency's denial of the employee's claim for reimbursement of attorney's fees for services incident to a sale which was not completed due to the death of the purchaser was correct since the fees and costs associated with unsuccessful efforts to sell a house are not reimbursable.
