Reconsideration of Decision Denying Protest concerning Bidder Responsiveness

Reconsideration was requested of a decision denying a protest to a bid which the protester maintained was nonresponsive since it did not provide information as to frequency, duration, and quality of preventive maintenance. The decision that the bid was responsive was affirmed since the solicitation required preventive maintenance comparable to that provided for identical equipment and, therefore, information as to the extent of maintenance was not material.
