Allegation of Collusive Bidding Practices

The protester alleged collusive bidding practices on the part of two firms responding to an invitation for bids. Since the matter concerned possible antitrust violations which are criminal offenses, jurisdiction is committed exclusively to the Attorney General and the Federal courts.
