Highlights

The protester objected to the agency's technical evaluation of the proposals it received. Since the record showed reasonable basis for the agency's judgment that the higher priced proposal was significantly superior to the lower priced proposal for technical reasons, the selection of the higher priced proposal was not objectionable. The offerors were sufficiently informed of the degree of importance to be accorded to each evaluation criteria since they were listed in descending order of importance.
