Request for Reconsideration of Decision Disallowing Claim for Administrative Function Pay

On behalf of an Army Reserve member, Ismael Cardona requested reconsideration of a decision disallowing the member's claim for administrative function pay for a period in which he served as complement commander. Since during the period involved in the claim, the complement to which the member was assigned was not recognized as a separate unit, the member did not command a separate unit for which administrative function pay was authorized.
