Pay Adjustment for Supervisor

A previous decision held that the pay adjustment for General Schedule supervisors of wage board employees is conditioned on the continued supervision of the wage board employee and is limited to the nearest rate of the supervisor's grade which exceeds the highest rate of basic pay paid to the supervised employee. When these conditions are no longer met, the adjustment previously granted to the supervisor must be eliminated or reduced. The settlement of the supervisor's claim, which was proposed in the earlier decision, must be adjusted because the claimant had been paid properly during part of the period for which the settlement was made.
