Estimated Number of Illegal Aliens Correlated With Number of Unemployed American Workers in Areas of High Unemployment

At the request of several Congressmen, statistical estimates were prepared showing the relationship between the number of employed illegal aliens and the number of unemployed U.S. citizens in selected cities with high unemployment. Data were developed from estimates supplied by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and other sources.
