Temporary Quarters Expenses

An Authorized Certifying Officer, requested a decision regarding a relocated employee's claim for temporary quarters allowance at old duty station when his family preceeded him to new station and occupied permanent quarters there. Regulations terminate eligibility for this allowance when any member of employee's family first occupies new permenent quarters.
