The travel voucher account of Maj. Thomas K. Ohta, Finance and Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Garrison, Ft. Sheridan, IL, was reviewed. GAO examined 236 temporary duty and permanent change of station travel vouchers, selected statistically, and found five erroneous payments described in the enclosure. The review was made without the benefit of source documents.
