Highlights

In response to GAO's recommendation to terminate a contract award to an ineligible company, the Defense Supply Agency maintained that it would not be in the best interests of the Government. Because of the urgency of the supply situation and the delays which would result from a new contract award, the award was not disturbed. (SW)
