Request for Correction of Alleged Mistake in Bid Is Dismissed

A correction was requested of an alleged mistake in bid. The solicitation represented part of a sale of defense articles to a foreign country. GAO has no authority to review the request for correction of the alleged bid mistake, because transactions did not involve the expenditure of appropriated funds. The matter was dismissed. (SW)
