Reconsideration of Protest Alleging Denial of Opportunity to Comment on Agency Report Is Denied

Protester asserted that it was denied an opportunity to comment on the contracting agency's report submitted in response to previous bid denial. Prior decision denying protest, based solely on protester's submissions, was affirmed. No report was obtained from agency in previous denial in view of protest allegations which were apparently without merit. (DJM)
