No Modification of Contract Price Allowed

A small business requested increase in contract for repair of hangar doors. Reaffirmation of extremely low bid following meeting at which prospective contractor had opportunity to review specifications and compare government estimate with his own, satisfied requlations and created valid contract. There was no legal basis for modifying contract price.
