Reconsideration of Denial of Protest of Bid Rejection

A company requested reconsideration of denial of its protest of rejection of a bid for surplus vessels. The decision that rejection of bids below the established minimum price was not subject to objection in the absence of bad faith was affirmed. The decision relating to the necessity for disclosure of minimum prices was modified.
