Purchaser May Have Sales Contract Reformed

A company claimed that the Defense Supply Agency made a mistake in a bid involving sale of surplus scrap metals. The purchase may have the sales contract reformed, since the contracting officer had notice of the possibility of a mistake in the bid because of wide price variations.
