Offerors Made Price Reductions of 50 and 25 Percent in Best and Final Offers

Prior to the award of a contract for a radar system, company protested the award, alleging that two offerors who made 50 and 25 percent cost reductions in their offers failed to furnish documentation supporting the reductions.
