Protest of Solicitation Cancellation Made before Contract Award Is Denied

Solicitation for maintenance at Fishtrap Lake, Millard, Kentucky, was cancelled after bid opening, but prior to award, because agency personnel could perform work at $20,000 saving to Government. Low bidder's protest and his claim for full recovery of contract ($36,680) are denied. (DJM)
