Request for Payment Withheld under Contract

Metro Machine Corporation claimed payment alleged to have been improperly withheld for a job performed under contract with the Military Sealift Command. It was concluded that the Navy could properly withhold funds for work remaining under the warranty discovered before submission of the final invoice.
