Real Estate Expenses Not Incident to Transfer Are Disallowed

Glen E. Pommerening, Assistant Attorney for Administration, Department of Justice, requested a decision concerning a transferred employee's claim for real estate expenses incident to the sale of his home. Claim was denied because sale was not incident to change of station, but was begun long before transfer. (DJM)
