Claimant Is Liable to Government for All Costs of Shipment in Excess of Costs of Shipment to Authorized Destination

Former Air Force member requested reconsideration of disallowance of his claim for reimbursement of the cost of shipping household goods to a destination other than the authorized destination. The claimant is liable to the Government for all costs of shipment in excess of costs of shipment to the authorized destination.
