A Certifying Officer requested a decision concerning an employee claim. Employee requested reimbursement for expense of returning to his permanent duty station via a temporary duty station after his annual leave was interrupted to testify in Federal court. The purpose of the employee's vacation, to attend a family wedding, was accomplished, although he had to leave early. The employee was entitled only to costs attributable to the temporary duty and not to costs incurred in connection with annual leave.
