Small Business Administration Not Liable To Reimburse Bank on Loan Loss

The Small Business Administration (SBA) requested a decision on whether it was liable to reimburse a bank for a loss suffered on a disaster loan. GAO found that SBA was justified in cancelling the loan upon learning of adverse changes in the borrower's situation.
