Overcharge for Freight

Review was requested of a deduction action on shipment of electronic equipment. In dispute over factual questions of the size and type of vehicle on which shipment was transported, the rule of the GAO is to accept the administrative report of those facts as correct in absence of sufficiently convincing contrary evidence.
