A company protested the agency's determination that it was nonresponsible as a prospective contractor for an indefinite quantity requirements-type contract. The company had been considered responsible by the agency to perform under a similar contract. Although there was no legal basis to disturb the existing award, the agency should use information obtained in connection with a particular procurement in a similar concurrent procurement where that information is relevant.
