Request for Waivers of Overpayment of Pay

The agency requested reconsideration of a determination denying a waiver of erroneous overtime compensation payments to three employees. Since the employees had knowledge of the erroneous payments and did not set aside the amount of the overpayment in anticipation of refunding it to the United States, they were guilty of a "lack of good faith," and waiver was prohibited by law.
