Contract May Be Cancelled Because of Bid Error

A decision was requested as to whether a contract may be partially canceled as administratively recommended because of a bid error. The contract may be canceled since the contracting officer stated that there was a bona fide mistake in the bid, that he should have known of the mistake before the award, and there was no doubt as to the intended bid.
