Reimbursement of Air Force Member for Dependent Travel

A decision was requested with regard to travel and transportation entitlements of a transferred member and his dependents. Although the member should have been discharged, enlisted, and then ordered to his new duty station, he may be allowed his dependents' travel from overseas to the new duty station, not to or from the home of record. The portion of dependents' travel by foreign air carrier may not be reimbursed.
