Relocation Expenses for Mobile Home

A decision was requested concerning reimbursement of a transferred employee for expenses incurred in moving his mobile home. The employee may not be reimbursed for payment of an entrance fee to secure space in a mobile home park since that was in the nature of rent. He may also not be reimbursed for rental of a U-Haul van to move other goods because the allowance to move the mobile home was in lieu of other allowances for transporting household goods.
