Protest Alleging Bias of Evaluation Team

A company protested that award of a contract to another offeror resulted from the bias of the evaluation team, alleging a relationship between a key employee of the awardee and the evaluation team. The agency's selection of a contractor resulted from an impartial evaluation of proposals, and the fact that the employee in question was known to members of the evaluation team did not establish a bias.
