Request for Reformation of Contract

A contractor requested reformation of a contract, alleging that the contract was inordinately unprofitable. A valid contract cannot be reformed in the absence of a price adjustment clause simply because it was based upon unprofitable rates due to the inexperience of the company's negotiators at the time of the contracting.
