Reconsideration of Claim for Overtime Pay

An employee requested reconsideration of the denial of his claim for backpay for alleged overtime work. Payment of overtime compensation was not allowable since overtime was not officially ordered or approved nor was the employee induced by his superiors to work beyond his normal hours.
