Request for Waiver of Erroneous Salary Overpayments

Three employees requested reconsideration of a decision denying their requests for waiver of overpayments which resulted from administrative failure to make necessary payroll adjustments to changed workshifts and location. Waivers may be allowed since it was administratively determined that the employees were free of fault, and the government was partially responsible for the overpayments.
