Highlights

Payment of an employee for transfer-related real estate expenses was questioned. Even though the employee was transferred three times in 21 months, there is no authority for extending the settlement date limitation beyond the 2-year maximum. Costs for a settlement which took place 29 months after the first transfer may not be reimbursed, especially since this was not the residence from which the employee commuted to work.
