Inclusion of Daughter Attending College in Computing Separate Maintenance Allowance

An advance decision was requested concerning a civilian employee's claim for an increase in his separate maintenance allowance to include his daughter who had returned to the United States to attend college. The daughter may be counted as a member of the family in computing the allowance since conditions of Standardized Regulations were met.
