Reconsideration of Protest Against Contract Award

A company requested reconsideration of the denial of its protest against a contract award in which it urged that the awardee's bid be considered nonresponsive. Since the protester merely reiterated prior allegations concerning the awardee's responsiveness, reconsideration was denied. A new allegation concerning a deficient bid bond was untimely filed more than 2 months after award of the contract.
